Hamilton Pool Preserve
A park located in Travis county, it offers the following activities and amenities: hiking trails, picnic tables, portable toilets, swimming (not guaranteed with reservation due to conditions,) guided hike, and educational programs. Access to these activities is provided, but additional equipment is not, except life vests for swimming. Note that the swimming status is determined by bacteria levels and recent rainfall, and is NOT guaranteed. There is also no lifeguard on duty, and life vests are provided by the pool while supplies last. Note that electricity and drinking water are not provided. Guided hikes begin in the dry uplands and descend 80 feet into a canyon, ending in a collapsed grotto, waterfall, and pool.
